These terms apply to the website only. Home-care services, if you hire us, are provided under a separate written or oral care agreement, rate discussion, and applicable Illinois home-care rules.

Non-Medical Services Only
Neon provides non-medical home care, such as personal care assistance, companionship, homemaking, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, observation and reporting, hourly care, live-in care, and respite. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical diagnosis or treatment, or emergency medical services.
Availability and Service Area
Listing a community on the Site does not guarantee that a caregiver is available at your address or on your preferred schedule. Coverage, start dates, and hours are confirmed during consultation. We may decline or discontinue a request when we cannot staff it safely or appropriately.
Consultations, Forms, and Applications
Information you submit through consultation or career forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a form is a request to be contacted; it is not a booking, offer of employment, or promise of care. We may verify information and run legally permitted background checks on caregivers we hire. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
- Attempt to probe, overload, or interfere with the Site or our systems
- Copy, scrape, or republish Site content except as allowed below
- Upload malware or automated spam
Intellectual Property
The Site’s text, layout, photography, logos, and graphics are owned by Neon Senior Home Care LLC or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, or republish Site content without our prior written permission, except for brief fair-use quotations with credit.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEON SENIOR HOME CARE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). These limits do not apply to liability that Illinois law does not allow us to limit, and they do not change any rights you may have under a separate care agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Neon harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, to the extent allowed by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes about the Site is the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Use by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
