Privacy Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

Neon Senior Home Care LLC (“Neon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit neonseniorhomecare.com, request a consultation, or apply for a caregiving role.

We provide non-medical home care from our office at 700 N Newark Ave., Suite 223, Niles, IL 60714. In-home services are delivered under a separate care agreement, which may include additional confidentiality terms.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to give us, including:

  • Contact details such as name, phone number, email address, and city or ZIP code
  • Information about a loved one’s care needs that you include in a consultation request
  • Job-application materials such as work history, certifications, availability, and a resume
  • Messages you send us by form, email, or phone

When you visit the site, our hosting provider and standard web tools may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. Embedded maps (for example Google Maps on the Contact page) may collect data according to those providers’ own policies.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to consultation requests and discuss home-care options
  • Schedule, plan, and communicate about care
  • Review employment applications and contact candidates
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website
  • Meet legal, licensing, insurance, and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Care-Related Information

Neon provides non-medical home care. We treat personal and care-related details you share with us as confidential and use them only to serve your family, operate the agency, or as required by law. This website policy is not a notice of HIPAA covered-entity status. If a separate client agreement or Illinois rule imposes a stricter duty, that stricter duty controls.

How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Caregivers and staff who need it to provide or supervise care
  • Service providers who help us run the website, email, hosting, or scheduling, under a duty to protect it
  • Professional advisers such as insurers, accountants, or counsel
  • Authorities when we believe disclosure is required by law, a valid legal process, or to protect someone’s safety

If we ever transfer the business, information may move with it, subject to this policy or a successor notice.

Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, plus optional analytics if we enable them. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide services, resolve questions, and meet Illinois record-keeping, licensing, insurance, and tax requirements. We keep job applications for a reasonable hiring and record period, then delete or archive them.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate for a small home-care agency. No website or email transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through an unencrypted web form if another channel is safer.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or update the contact information we hold, or to stop promotional messages (we currently use your details mainly to respond to you). We may still keep records we are required to keep. Illinois’ Personal Information Protection Act requires notice of certain data breaches involving computerized personal information; we will comply with applicable notice laws.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging senior care or applying for work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Links to Other Sites

Our site may link to maps, social networks, or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own. Review those policies before you share information there.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
